From Ashbourne to around the Globe

Protential Resources was founded in 2012 in Ashbourne, Co Meath, with the mission to provide Irish and UK companies with access to the best talent globally. Pretty quickly we realised that the key to sourcing talent abroad is to have recruiters in the local markets who understand skillsets, strengths and cultural fits. This journey has led us to expanding the team on the ground in Ireland, UK, Dubai, Philippines, India, Brazil, and South Africa.

Our increased reach allows us to personally meet all overseas talent. Our local teams understand what makes candidates succeed in Irish and UK environments. Based on this reach and expertise, we’ve chosen to specialize in Agriculture, Engineering, Construction, Food Processing, and Transport.
