As we continue to grow and enter new markets, we rely on e-recruitment even more. With this in mind, we are recruiting a part-time Social Media Marketing Manager who will be based in our Ashbourne office.
Job Description
Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:
- First class paid social media planning for all recruitment regions in the context of strategy and objectives.
- Plan and manage social and targeted recruitment campaigns from start to finish including campaign set-up, ongoing management, insight and analysis, financial management – ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget
- Continuous review and development of company website
- Ensure best practice and innovation in all social activities
- Strengthen the Protential brand presence across our social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts). You will be responsible for increasing our reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Design timely reports and oversee the delivery of such reports
- Work closely with the recruitment team to create B2B and B2C content (including video) optimised for search and awareness
- Manage our client marketing operations including content creation and end to end delivery
- Identify areas for brand growth within the performance channels
- Build strong relationships with other team members in the recruitment department
- Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers
- Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape relating to social media marketing
- Knowledge and experience of CRM systems
Qualifications
The Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Strong knowledge and experience of paid social media
- Th ability to produce paid social media plans to a high standard with reporting and post campaign analytics
- Broad understanding of other channels in the digital marketing mix
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and commercially minded
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, ability to work with recruitment teams across the organisation both regionally and internationally
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
