Protential Resources are seeking a full-time Receptionist Administrator for our family-run Agri-food client based in North Monaghan.
The Role
- Monday to Friday
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming customer queries in person and via telephone.
- Placing and taking orders.
- Dealing with customers and clients while providing excellent customer service.
- Direct in person, email and telephone enquiries to the relevant department.
- Assist with the management of the day-to-day running of the office.
- Enter data to relevant databases.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
About You
- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proactive, positive and responsible.
- Strong administration experience and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and a high degree of organisation.
- Ability to manage a busy workload.
- Salary dependent on experience.
