IT Helpdesk Technician.

Job Overview

Our client is a long-established IT Support and Managed IT Services company based in the Midlands. They provide top quality IT support services to business clients nationwide.

Their client’s range in size from single server/5 desktops up to multi-server/500+ desktops.

Due to continued expansion, we are assisting them to hire an IT Helpdesk Technician

· Minimum 2-yrs experience in an IT support / Helpdesk environment

Experience in providing remote support to a broad range of customers

· Must have excellent customer service & communication skills (verbal & written)

· Must be self-starter and capable of working on their own initiative

· Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot & research issues efficiently

· Ensure adherence to service level agreements

· Must have experience of working with call / ticket logging systems

· Must have fluent English and relevant work permits for EU

· Highly organised & focused in delivering a fast-paced, high-quality support service

IT Skills:

· Strong Microsoft desktop OS and PC hardware knowledge

· Familiar with networking (routers / switches / firewalls etc.)

· Knowledge of IP Addressing, Routing, LAN & WAN Networks

· Familiar with Microsoft server OS
Familiar with cloud technologies
