Recruitment Consultant. Labour and trades

Job Overview

Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to hire a recruitment consultant with experience within the Construction Labour and trades sector. This role would suit a self starting, ambitious individual who thrives on working in a fast paced environment in an autonomous nature. 

You will manage the complete recruitment process.. You will be sourcing and meeting new candidates and clients through various means, including advertising and networking. You’ll also maintain regular contact with existing candidates . You will be responsible for business development and winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing ones, through both telephone and face to face meetings. 

This is is an excellent role for someone looking to build out a desk with great scope for professional development.


To be successful in this role, you will ideally have prior experience in a full 360 recruitment role-. 

You’ll demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates, whilst also building relationships. 

You will be ambitious and driven to progress your career through demonstrating your inquisitive nature. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
