We are recruiting looking Account Manager to join our office in Ashbourne . Whether you are already working in recruitment and you would like to focus on Business Development or if you have sales experience from a different industry, we will ensure that you will understand our working process and maximize your earning potential. Responsibilities

Engage in client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact, building relationships, completing company and department profiles and candidate marketing.

Generate potential business opportunities through phone-based direct networking and lead generation

Manage a portfolio of clients to overachieve against performance indicators.
