Job Overview

Protential Resources have been providing Recruitment and Staffing solutions to clients throughout Ireland for the past 10 years. We work in a number of sectors Construction, Engineering, Food and Agri-Business as part of our expansion plans we are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager/Business Development/Sales Executive.

The role will be focused on growing sales within our existing client-based and also developing opportunities with new clients.

The Key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.

*Carrying out a mixture of site visits to both existing and potential new clients with the expectation that these will turn into business opportunities.

* Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure that excellent service is provided to our clients.

*Build and maintain good relationships with our clients to ensure that Protential Resources is their recruiter of choice.


*At least 2-3 years of Business Development /Sales Experience/Account Manager B2B ideally within the Construction, H &S Training, Trades or recruitment sector.

*Fluent in English

*Energetic Dynamic individual with an outgoing personality and excellent people skills.

*Good Attention to detail

*Results-focused and a team player with a determination to develop a long a successful applicant career.

*Own Car

*Right to work in Ireland
